At HollywoodHair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your red-carpet look. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused hair products in their original packaging, ensuring all security seals and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
